"I rented a room at the Midwood Crescent address for 8 months. This was a period of transition as I had just moved to the area and needed temporary accommodation. I was indeed very lucky to have found this place and having Melba as the landlady. It is at a good location in a quiet area, with very easy access to bus routes, and with a large Zehrs supermarket within just a few minutes walk, plus it had parking spaces for my car. I really liked my large and bright room at the back of the house. It had plenty of shelves and a large closet to store away my belongings. Mostly importantly, the (almost) new mattress, perfectly suited to me liking. A good mattress makes such a difference! The one difficulty experienced was due to soundproofing not being the strongest point of the house (blame its construction) but all is well with good mates.
Melba is a great landlady, professional about her business, quick to have any equipment problems fixed and respond to any concerns. She was very keen that the house would be nice and feel comfortable, and has since made more improvements to it, which I had the chance to see.
