I rented a room at the 400 Midwood Crescent location during the Fall of 2016 when I was a third-year student at the University of Waterloo. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, is steps away from the bus stops, and has parking. My cozy room came furnished with a nice bed and desk, while the kitchen had all the cutlery and appliances I would ever need. The place also has two fridges so I had a lot of space, and there are two full washrooms, so if one is being used, you can conveniently use the other one. My roommates were all mature, respectful, and easy to talk to. Lastly, Melba is very professional and responds to e-mails quickly. I wish I had found this place sooner in my earlier undergraduate years!
